Seaport-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.

Ability to Monitor and Maximize Quality

Customer satisfaction is one of our primary concerns at PAC Solutions. We understand the importance of developing customer relationships built on a foundation of superior customer service. One essential aspect to achieving this level of satisfaction is the consistent delivery of high quality products and/or services both on schedule and within budget. In order to ensure consistency in quality, it is important to have an established and client-approved quality assurance (QA) process that is defined, communicated and adhered to throughout the organization. PAC Solutions has structured its approach to provide Quality Program Management and Quality Control by establishing workflow procedures, conducting peer reviews with our partners, and providing new employee orientation. Our Team's QA Manager, will oversee elements of our QA Plan to aggressively plan, monitor, assess, and maintain team performance in the areas of cost, quality, and schedule. PAC Solutions has the highest commitment to deliver quality products and/or services. The organization, management, tools, and team-members all play a role in determining quality. To maintain this level of quality, and translate it to the customer, PAC Solutions will hire the best professionals available, provide the best tools required to meet the requirements, and will continually motivate its employees.

Our Approach to Managing Responsiveness and Customer Satisfaction
PAC Solutions' approach to responsiveness and cooperation with customers involves several components used to ensure quality and satisfaction. Continuous communication with the customer regarding technical and contract related issues will be accomplished through regular meetings, visits, phone calls, and emails. PAC Solutions recognizes the importance of understanding requirements and the value of proper program execution. Having the customer on-board with PAC Solutions through every step builds excellent teaming relationships and helps identify any risk or program constraints.

PAC Solutions will establish a Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) for each task. This will allow for synchronization of expectations on deliverables and schedules between the customer and the PAC Solutions task team. PAC Solutions will provide management oversight during execution of all task orders and management visits with customers to assess the level of customer satisfaction and to identify issues.

Managing Problem Resolution
In recognition that unexpected situations and conditions can arise, PAC Solutions has processes in place for those occasions when our best efforts to prevent problems are unsuccessful. PAC Solutions' goal is to ensure proper resolution through responsive management visibility, appropriate resource attention and planning a resolution effort. This will allow us to make sure we have the right team in place, with the appropriate mix of personnel from across the team to understand, solve, plan and manage the corrective measures to resolve any problems related to performance, schedule, communications or personnel and put in place preventative measures, if applicable, to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
